Site Survey

Surveys will cover the exterior of the roof and a loft inspection to check the internal condition prior to the commencement of works.

How it all Works 

1) Arrival at a pre-arranged time and date. 

2) Hap up around your property to collect all debris. Fit down pipe filters. 

4) Professionally pressure wash roof to remove all moss etc (hot or cold turbo system)

5) Complete wash down of walls windows, doors, conservatories, gutters,ground level etc!!!

6) Repair re-point re-bed hip & ridge tiles replace cracked tiles 

7) Apply drench wash of biocide.  

Apply two coats of roof coating (some coatings and tile types require a primer)

9)  We will clean up and remove all debris from site leaving your property in pristine condition.

Charges

Roof Cleaning is charged per square metre which will included the biocide.  Roof Coating charges vary dependent on the coating manufacturer but it is still priced per square metre.
